We strongly believe that each of our IML attendees want a safe yet fun event. An event without harassment from those not attending IML who have had open hotel access in the past. Additionally, many security issues we’ve experienced have directly been attributable to those not attending but there with other intent.
Controlling access to the hotel improves security for attendees who are there for a safe and fun IML. To assist with this, all those entering the hotel will need an entry wristband. Wristbands can be obtained through the following methods:
- Attendees registered as a Congress Plaza Hotel room guest
- Are included in our Premier level weekend package
- Will be available for purchase as a full weekend access pass wristband at the event
- Will be sold as a day or evening single day wristband at the event
Those with a room at the hotel will receive a wristband at time of check-in. A wristband will be provided for each guest who is registered to a room prior to initial check-in. This wristband provides unlimited hotel access but does not include access to events being held at the hotel.
For those not staying at the hotel, a Weekend Access pass can be purchased onsite during the event as a stand-alone item. This wristband provides for unlimited hotel and Leather Market access but does not include other events being held at the hotel.
Attendees purchasing our Premier Access or VIP Premier Access Packages receive a Weekend Access Pass included in the ticket package. You have full hotel, Leather Market and IML sponsored event access for the entire weekend with your Premier Access Package!
If you only want to attend for a single day or evening, day and evening wristbands will be available for purchase on site. Day wristbands include access to the Leather Market and public access areas of the hotel during specific daytime hours. Evening wristbands include access to public areas of the hotel during specific evening access hours. They do not provide unlimited entry.
IML continually evaluates our policies and reserves the right to refine this policy as needed to improve functionality and business needs.
